The server was not rebooted after I removed several libraries. I was trying to upgrade php 7.3 to 7.4. There was no backup. I could just download a VHD image file. I was so frustrated.
Anyway I recovered web files and MariaDB ibd files. Also I have migrated from Debian to Oracle Linux 7 on Oracle Cloud Always Free server.
I have lots to say but I have to go to bed right now.
